Attorney Sarah S. Hussein is a first-generation U.S. citizen daughter of a Muslim Palestinian family. Her Middle Eastern lineage provides unique perspective on the challenges faced by individuals and families originating from the Arabic-speaking world. With over ten years of experience, Sarah assists clients from all backgrounds and nationalities to achieve their immigration objectives.

Sarah is a 2006 graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law, located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a managing member of Hussein & Webber, PL, her practice has always remained focused on immigration matters, including green cards, family petitions, citizenship, removals/deportations, fiancé visas, and adjustments of status.

Sarah’s experience as an immigration attorney is wide-ranging, and her style of practice is to remain personally accessible to each client in every case. She is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and is authorized to practice in Federal immigration courts throughout the United States. She offers free Arabic translation services for individuals in need.

Troy J. Webber

Troy J. Webber graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2009. While maintaining the firm’s criminal defense practice, Troy also assists in immigration matters, including deportation/removal hearings.

Troy has conducted dozens of jury trials over the course of his career, and has handled thousands of criminal cases to conclusion. His trial and case experience is invaluable in immigration matters involving pending charges or convictions that may have deportation consequences.

Troy is the lead attorney in all deportation cases handled by our firm. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is authorized to practice in immigration courts throughout the United States.
